Now in its ninth year, the award scheme recognises designers and manufacturers of innovative products in office furniture, office lamos and commercial property flooring. The winning criteria consists of functional and creative quality, technical innovation and versatility for multi-purpose use. The jury consists exclusively of represenatives from renowned bureaux of architecture.
On awarding LUCTRA® the accolade, the judging panel commented that, "It fits perfectly into today’s working world, where the main emphasis is on mobile and activity-based work. We view the personalisation of light in terms of mobility and quality as this product’s innovative feature".
LUCTRA®FLEX is the cordless, portable, biologically effective lighting solution for mobile working in the home or office. The integrated lithium-ion battery supplies the lamp with power for up to nine hours. Cool and warm white LEDs with light intensity up to 1,000 lux, offers an extremely wide colour spectrum between 2,700K and 6,500K that delivers biologically effective lighting, closely replicating daylight quality.
